PRODUCTION TIME
Please allow 3- 5 business days for your order to be processed, not including shipping or delivery time. If you are placing a large order, we will contact you if your order requires more than 5 days for production. If you have a specific time frame or date in which you need your order beyond our general processing time frame, please contact us!
We offer rush shipping, including production and overnight air shipments. Please contact us if your order requires special attention.
DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED GOODS
While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping companies, your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you have any problems, please contact us. We will do everything possible to correct the situation.
RETURNS
To return merchandise for refund or replacement, written permission must be obtained in advance. Engraved medals, plaques, crystal, acrylic and custom items cannot be returned. Returned merchandise is subject to a 30% restocking charge and an engraving fee, if applicable.
